Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose has biscuits, faint butter, straw, mellow lemon. Light sweet flavor with simple pale, bready malts, light bitter hay, impressions of citrus, dough. Light in body with average carbonation. OK balance on the finish, with more simple pale malts, faint butter, a little minerality and faint smokiness, more straw, biscuits. So so overall.
