A traditional IPA brewed in the old style brewed with only Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt it is a deep golden ale with a thirst quenching bitterness. Five different Kent hops - Bramling Cross, Target, WGV, Goldings and Northdown - have been added in five charges to the beer. Four charges in the copper and then a final charge as dry hops in the conditioning tank.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. Gold with thin white head. Decent English IPA. Rather lovely citrus hops, over a fullish toffeeish malt base. Hops are outstanding. Really good balanced beer. Lovely drying tasty hop on finish. Superb.
