Cask at Kittys, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Floral, fruits and hops. Pretty casual.

Cask at Stortford Beer Festival 2011. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of fruit and yeast as well as light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of phenols and malt as well as light notes of fruit, leading to a dry finish.

Amber with a lasting white head. Aroma of grassy hops with a hint of sulphur. Sweet caramel flavour with a little grass.

(Cask at Market Porter, Southwark, London, 9 Aug 2009) Golden amber colour with brief, creamy off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots and biscuity malt. Malty, fruity nose with notes of biscuity malt, canned peaches and dusty hops in the finish. Slightly below medium body, fairly dry. Tasty and refreshing.

Cask@Market Porter. Deep golden color, small white head. Dry woody, even barnyardish nose. Flavor is real cider with some hops, wood, barnyard and some apple fruityness. Some bitterness.

Cask@Market Porter, London. Amber colour, small beige foamy head that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruits, wood, some mild bready malts as well as mild eggyness. Flavour is wood, leather, fruits and some mild grainy notes.

Cask gravity @ Reading Beer Festival 2008.Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (020508)

Cask @ GBBF 2007. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty aroma with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty fruity flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a sweet malty finish.

Picked a bottle up at the Bankes Arms, Dorset, which is adjacent to the Isle of Purbeck Brewer 22-06-06. Didn’t even realise that this was supposed to be a lager style beer, found this light amber coloured beer to be a little sweet some hops present touch dry, not really that impressive, I did try this after a big powerful hoppy Downton Chimera IPA though which was probably a little unfair.
