Keg at London Beer Lab - London. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a slender, creamy white head. The aroma has some tangy rhubarb, mellow strawberry, vague citrus, ripening lemon. Light to medium sweet flavour with subtle citrusy tang, some wheat bread, more tangy rhubarb, watery strawberry. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, with mild pale bread, more tangy rhubarb, ripe lemon, hay, understated strawberry. Not bad, though novel.
