Tap. Pours red amber, medium creamy beige head, great lacing. Aroma is hoppy, grapefruit, pine, passion fruit. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, a bit harsh, pine. Medium body.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy reddish-amber color with a medium foamy light beige head that diminishes gradually. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops and roasted malt. Medium to full body with flavors of piney hops, malt and caramel. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.
