American style IPAs are all the rage (and our Resolution IPA has sold so well it has become a permanent fixture)

Nice though, to recreate a traditional English IPA. After all, we were the ones that sent our strong, hoppy, pale ales to India in the first place.

This one uses all-English ingredients with generous helpings of aromatic hops for sweet spicyness, orange and pineapple flavours.

What’s in it
Pale Maris Otter, Munich, Wheat and Crystal malts from Warminster Maltings
Admiral (UK), Goldings (UK) whole hops from Charles Faram of Malvern

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol 14/103/203. Golden in colour with a slight white head. Peppery notes, some marmalade, cereal mlats, a hint of green herbs and a dry finish. A good beer.
