Keg at the brewery. On special request. Pala Translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a big old frothy white white head. Aroma is big Brett c, pineapple, horse, citrus, little hockey puck rubber. Nice Brett on the nose. Flavour is composed of wheat, doughy. Pineapple, rubber, grainy. Little funky hoarse. Palate is grainy, slight creamy , moderate carbonation . nic Brett character.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s - London. Pours unclear gold with a thick, lasting white cream head. Massive brett aroma, tangerine, barn, poop. Light-medium sweet flavor with juicy citrus fruits, melon, tons of poopy diaper, horse stables, strong brett. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Somewhat drying on the finish, more poo, leather, mandarin orange, stew, pale bread, tangerine. Quite a full-on brett beer, but there’s some citrusy character to add some depth. Nice one.
