Keg at the Blind Tiger - NYC. Pours soupy melon-pink with no head. Lactic aroma, berries, plum, lemon. Light sweet flavor with sharp acidic bite, lemon, salt, vinegar, slight wheat note. Light in body with fine, spritzy carbonation. Aggressively sour on the finish, cutting and puckering, with a hearty dose of salt, lemon juice, background berry and plum. Vinegary, acetic aftertaste. Somewhat refreshing and cleansing, but a bit too sharp to be really drinkable.
