Bottle at home in London - picked up at the Lab. Pours rich, deep brown with a fizzy tan head. The nose has soft roast, hints of cocoa, some tangy dark fruits. Light to medium sweet flavor, with some tart and berries that suggest an infection. Very faint hints of coconut, chocolate. Medium bodied with average carboantion. Further tang in the finish, berries, minimal coconut, wood, raisin. Unfortunate, but this one isnโt how itโs supposed to be.
