Chaos Grid is never just one beer. It is specifically made for each edition, blended from our diverse barrel stock.
This blend was made with Mega Devil’s Teeth aged in Ethan Billy 1783 barrels for 39 months and Modem Tones and Monsters’ Park aged in Ethereal Mount barrels for 42 months. We racked out of oak and onto a heap of Vanilla, Macaroon Coconut Flakes, Real Marshmallows, Dominican Cocoa Nibs, and Graham Crackers. It’s a dessert delight, and a heavy hit of Coconut dominates, with deep chocolate notes following.

On tap at Modern Times - Flavordome, pours black, almost no head. Aroma is complex as hell, with huge coconut, marshmallow, bourbon barrels, and dark sugars. Flavour is full of buttery butterscotch, bourbon, coconut galore, and marshmallow. Super coconuty, marshmallowy, and full of butterscotch. Ridiculously complex, pastrified, orgasmic delight.

Sweet, some nuts, chcocolate, American oak.
Taste is along the same lines, thick, moderately to highly sweet, noticeable nuts. Very good.
