Draft at the brewery bar. Pours clear yellow-gold with a white cream topping. Moderate yeast expression in the nose, some wheat, hay, lemon zest. Medium sweet flavour with light pear and apple, more hay, low bitterness overall, some phenols, wheat bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with mild bitterness, light dough, wheat, yeast, citrus. Decent saison.
