Prescott is our take on unfiltered German Pilsner. Made from a simple grist of Pilsner and a touch of Munich malt, and hopped exclusively with Continental hops. Prescott is bright, dry, floral and endlessly crushable.

Lukr pour at Armsby, 3/9/25.
Clear, straw-golden. Small-to-medium, moderately-well-retained, white head.
Quite hoppy, though not acidic. Tons of fresh herbs and light pepper with a honey-like maltiness supporting it. Clean, crisp, bright. Bit of cellar/mineral character in there, as well.
Nicely-malted with a very balanced character showing just enough malt to balance the healthy hop addition, moderate bitterness and a clean, crisp, engaging and dry finish.
