Bottle, 6%. Clear, shiny yellow colour. Muddy, with tiny floaties. The flavour is fruity with sweet coriander notes.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, golden with a very limited head. Sweetish malt aroma. Medium body, very sweet malt and almost no bitterness and a hint of smoke. Some fruity notes but otherwise quite pilsener-like. 130507

CFB07 sample from 33 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow golden. aroma of malt and slight sweet hoppy. Flavour of soft malt and tart hops. Freshing soft finish with a tart smoke flavour, a bit surprised by the smoke - but in a pleasant way :)

Danke an den Doppelbock für das Bier! Dezent rauchiger Geruch. Süßlicher Antrunk, auch hier ist ein untertöniges Raucharoma vorhanden. Das Bier ist noch ein wenig milder als das Ambrèe, auch der süßlich-herbe Abgang ändert das nicht. Test vom 6.1.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,9,9,9,10,9 - 9,05
