One of four beers brewed for MBW's 'Power of Yeast' event; all the same base recipe but each with a different yeast. Ours is Nottingham, a clean and neutral British Ale yeast which produces only very slight esters and so leaves the accent on the hop flavour.

Lubelski is a Polish hop in the 'noble' style - very like Saaz, with its refined and elegant aroma. We chose it as it should play well with all 4 yeast styles, but the base flavour is at its clearest in this one.
