(Keg at Bryggeri Helsinki, 20160919) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spiciness, green apples, fruitiness and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, hoppy and bitter. A hybrid of saison and a hefeweizen? Interesting but bit weird.
