Bottle. Gusher. Pours cherry puree. Nose is obviously infected. Bandaids, surgical gloves and cherry medicine. Taste is rancid plastic, bandaid and cherry cough medicine. Like a cherry soaked surgical glove. Badly infected. Undrinkable.

(Bottle - 0.75 l - at Pikkulintu, batch 2008/2) Poured deep red and cloudy. Head was medium sized and pink. Aroma was a mixture between sourness and sweetn cherries. I would have preferred it to be more on the sour side. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, cherries, mild sweetness, sourness, mild bitterness and bit of acridness. Not a bad beer but a bit too messy.

Bottled. An unclear red-brown beer with no head - due to a very fast release of the CO2. The aroma has notes of vinegar, cherries, and wood. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt, wood, mold, sour cherries, and lactic bacteria, leading to a dry woody finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

$24.99 bottle. Pours with a hazed amber brown body with a large and lasting white head. Aroma of cherries, raspberries, brett, barnyard funk, leather and phenolics. Taste is wine, tannic, balanced funk, leather, phenolic and cherry jam. Dry mouthfeel, fizzy, sour and nicely balanced. Very nice, but way to expensive to make a habit of.

Bottled, thamks fiulijn! Cloudy red-brown, brief head. Aroma of ripe cherries. Dryish and fairly clean. Tart with light notes of lemon and wood, a bit salty with solid body. Fresh and interesting with a lot of flavours.

Bottle from Liquid Solutions. Poured a bit exuberantly. Very hazy cherry amber color with a large beige/tan head. Aroma of sour cherry. Medium body with sharpish carbonation. Flavor is funky, cherry, and a bit woody. Finish is acidic, herb/hop or herb/veg, still somewhat funky. This is definitely a sour. Pretty good one.
