Tiki Sour IPA (6%) brewed with milk sugar and our house Hazy IPA protocol and kettle soured with a clean, citrus foward lactobacilus. Conditioned on many many kilos of Tangerines and toasted Coconut and then dry hopped with our very best Citra and Sabro.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 29 July 2022) Pale yellow colour with brief head. Fruity nose with citrus, mandarin and coconut. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of mandarin, coconut, some lactose and a sweetish finish with no bitterness. Medium body, with a certain lactose sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, a bit like sweetened lemon juice. Nice one.
