Bottle at Øl&Mat '09, Oslo. Slow gusher. Pours hazy amber with a huge, white head. Surprisingly intensely floral, lots of lavender - a bit too much for my taste as it reminds me to much of air freshener. Interesting, but way over the top in my book. [backlog from 2009]

Bottle at KØ10. Very spicy aroma, cough syrup, strange fruit. Not unpleasant, though. Muddy grey brown colour. Distinct flowery and spicy aroma, must be the lavender. Good maltiness.

Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy pale amber. Heavily spicy nose where cadamom meets tangerine. Sweet and fruity with excessive carbonation and rather massive spicing - salt, bicarbonate, carbonate and all-spice. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Decent, but shallow in character.

At Copenhagen Beerfestival, on May 8, 2010Clear golden color, no head. Cinnamon, apple, cake, citrus scent. Smells amazing, like a nice dessert! Thin, perfumy, lemon, cinnamon taste. Taste does not quite back the powerful scent, would have been very interesting if it had. Spicy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottle. A fizzy, hazy, golden beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Very flowery on the aroma, with some orange, a hint of spices and a ginger-like touch. Soapy, flowery flavor with some sweetness, a hint of bitterness and oranges, and even more flowers. Full-bodied and rather effervescent. Flowery, slightly sweet finish.Overall it’s too much on the soapy, flowery side. Way too much. (090412)

Bottle at Ølfestival 2008, Århus
Cloudy deep blond color. Aroma of flowers, soapy, maybe honey. Dry mouthfeel with a flavor that would let me think I’m drinking cleaning products. Weird (and bad).
