Bottle shared by John, thanks! Pours a clear hydrated pee with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a combination of dry and sweet apple with a touch of bitterness. Flavor has sharp apple that is dry with a hint of sweetness underlying.

Clear color. Light yeast, apple flavor. Dry, bur good apple flavor. Alcohol is noticeable in the flavor. Dry apple juice finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Potter's Craft Highland Cider on 08 Sep 2018 at 20:41 - Score: 7

Keg at Beer Run. Slightly hazy golden, thin creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of strong whiskey, oak, vanilla, with a dry apple finish. The taste is oak, pepper, dry apples, whiskey, vanilla. Medium bodied, crisp, well balanced, dry. Nice cider. 1st rating of 2018!
