(Keg at St. Urho’s Pub Portteri- ja Stout-päivät 2016) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice and salty liquorice. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation and burning from chilli. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, liquorice, salty liquorice, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had liquorice and bitterness. A nice candy and chilli infused stout. Rumour has it that the secret ingredients were chipotle chilli and Turkinpippuri.
