Bottle at Pat’s birthday chriso tasting, London. Pours clear yellow with a medium, white head. Looks great. Crispy pale malts in the aroma. Medium sweet flavor, cereal abounds, also some dough. Light to medium bodied with average and smooth carbonation. Sweet, doughy finish with very mild bitterness. Alright beer. Easy drinker.

Süß-herber Antrunk auf mildem Niveau. Im Mittelteil etwas würziger, dennoch bleibt das Bier sehr mild. Die Herbe steigt während das Bier trocken wird und die verbliebene Würzigkeit abwirft. Monotones Bier – was hat das mit Weihnachten zu tun? 7/6/5/5/7/6

Bottle looks simple, but good, beer in the glass deep golden, very zippy, nice head. Starts malty and spicy, a bit grasy, a bit metallically in the background. Finish again fine spicy with some lemon notes, very drinkable. Nice!

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear, deep golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Sweetish malty nose. Medium body, solid and sweet malt base. Very soft mouthfeel while the bitterness is subdued. Quite pleasant. 290308

Bottle @ Cnudde Tasting.. Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, celler malty, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (290308)

50 cL bottle@fonefan/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Light malty, light butterish and minor spice note. Flavour is medium sweet with a growing bitterness. Ends light bitter and mild spiced.
