bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine pannosa persistente, colore giallo oro velato, al naso miele millefiori malto cereali note erbacee e floreali, in bocca subito tanto miele poi malto pane bianco note erbacee, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, dolce con un buon amaro erbaceo moderato. Poured clear and golden in color, white head.
Dusty, grainy malty aroma. Flavor very similar with frehs grains and some grassy hops. Fresh, good drinkability.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20250417) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, fruitiness, honey and mildly herbalness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, fruitiness, honey, herbalness and bitterness. Aftertaste had grain, honey and bitterness. A tasty and balanced brew.

On tap at Göller Biergarten. Cloudy golden with medium white head. Malty, yeasty, bit buttery, sweetish, some herbal notes. Soft texture. Light bodied.

Tap. Blonde. Soft bready floral aroma. Malty sweetish bready flavor. Not much of a hop character, but quite drinkable.

Draught @ Goller, Drosendorf. Pours Hazy yellow with a White head. Slight musty cellar, cheesy. Rustic. Good grass and a whiff of citrus and Minerals. Not perfectly clean But it kind of suits it. Cool.
