Pours dark copper with a pillow-y head. Toffee and currants on the nose. Sweet and malty with notes of Black currants, liquorice and bitter almonds. Simple but still drinkable.

Bottle. Nice head with ok duration. Color is brown with a ruby hue. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel fruits and slightly vinous.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Clear dark amber golden with a creamy, beige head. Sweetish aroma of fruit and caramel. Quite full-bodied with plenty of roasted malt and sweetish, burned caramel. Subdued bitterness. 270408

sweet seasonal aroma. raisins, fruit. too much fruit. Strange taste. Beer with apple, raisins, fruits, then some alc. aftertaste hoppy-bitter, but not a lot. uninspiring palate, alc. too dominant although it doesn’t spoil anythnig. uninteresting.

Bottle. Frothy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma, nice vinius. Moderate bitter flavor. Nice licorice notes. Average finish. Oily palate. Nice beer.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a light orange and dense head. Sweet malty aroma with a mild hops note. Flavour is caramel malt and medium dry. Light liqourice and subdued spice note. Light spiced malt finish.

50cl bottle. Pours amber with a red hew with a creamy head & lacings on top. Aroma & taste is of caramel & bread. A bit thin palate/mouthfeel. A bit fruity but mainly caramel sweetness before a dry bitter & short end. Very average!

Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (150308)

Clear brown with medium beige head leaving laces. Sweet aroma with notes of caramel, liquerice and brewing cereal.. Flavor has toasted malt, caramel, fruity an d a hint of smoky notes. Ends slightly bitter.
