At Hammerheads. Intense smoke aroma and flavor. Hard cheese, dry a d earthy. Full palate, malty with sufficient hops with that said, I'm not sure alderwood is the best option for a smoker beer. --- Beer merged from original tick of Stjørdal on 07 May 2021 at 16:09 - Score: 7

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Bottle. Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of smoke with some peat and some sweet grains and a bit of hay underlying. Flavor has sweet grains and light smoke with a bit of peat and a touch of hay.
