Draught @ Zythos Bier Festival 2008, Sint Niklaas, Belgium. Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruit - sour, moderate yeasty, coriander, clove. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (010308)

RB rating #3248 to join the top 50 club for the first time. ZBF2008: From tap. Pours slight hazy with a lacing white head. Coriander spiced aroma. Spiced and dry flavour. Minor caramel note. Ends with a mellow yeast flavour and more coriander.

Draught at ZBF08. Pale yellow colour. Nice stable creamy white head. The flavour has a little plastic at first. Turns a little better. A little spicy. Mediocre.

Draught Medium yellowish tinted foam, leaving fine lace over clear golden beer. Sourish nose, lactic, I suspect even some diacetyl. Aroma of vegetable deep-frying oil. Again greenmalt, unripe beer, touch of chicory. Bit of pineapple ester, warming up more sweetness with more pineapple character. Very slight astringency, medium bodied at best, bit of cold thinning. Alcohol in the aftertaste. I do not understand what was meant with this beer. ’t Ain’t bad, but...
