Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of dark dried fruits, caramel, raisins. Taste quite sweet.

Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with anise and fruity yeast. Sweet with a flavour dominated by anise and licorice. Iām not a fan of anise beer...

2007 version, bbf 13 may 2008, sampled 26 nov 2008. aroma is lagered/sourish, flavor is sourish/infected, i can sense christmas spices and sweetness below the sour notes. palate is bubby probably due to infection but otherwise okay, overall - 5 month overdue should not kill the beer like this, i’ll rerate if i get my hands on another one.

A wee bit to old. Cloudy deep amber wiht huge beige head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, caramel and hints of hops. Sweet flavour with loads of spices, toasted malt, caramel and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

Bottled. A murky brown beer with a huge tan-orangey head. The aroma is sweet and spicy combined with notes of brown sugar, raisins, citrus, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with a slight acidity, and notes of alcohol, brown sugar, caramel, raisins, and citrus, leading to a slightly acidic and dry finish.

Bottle. Brew# RĆ03 BBF:11 Maj 2008. Clear medium amber color with a virtually none appearance head. Aroma is roasted, acidic, sour, bad. Flavor is just awfull and infected ! -- BAD BEER !!! Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (120208)

Amber colour with almost no head.Taste is sweet fruity with note of berrys and rasins,feels like vinagar sour finish.Muddy finish aswell.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Cloudy and opaque dark brown with lots of sediment and a beige head. Lightly fruity aroma - oranges. Medium body, a lightly acidic fruitiness in the finish. A small lingering infection in this one I believe. 281207

Bottle @ Chris_o. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Spicy malty piney hop aroma. Sweet malty earthy spicy flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a sweet malty finish.

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is brown. Aroma is roast malt and orange. Taste is roast malt and very sour. Must be infected. Very disappointing for a Roskilde.
