(33cl bottle) Clear, amber colour with a fluffy, slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet cardboard-like aroma with notes of citrus. Sweet, slightly tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Papery, slightly toasted malty taste; very unpleasant, artificially tart and bitter finish. For the flowers.

33 cL bottle. Pours amber with white head. Sweet malty aroma, a touch of bitter hops. Taste is malty but dominated by a strong flowery bitterness. Strange balance in the finish: spicy and bitter with a touch of sweetness.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Ok malty aroma. Week flavor, short finish. Watery palate and way too fizzy like so many danisg beers, but isnt this a vienna?

Bottled. Dark golden with a nice off-white head. Weak aroma with malts, some hops, grains, caramel and alcohol. Sweet, malty flavor with caramel and alcohol quite present. Medium body. Like most stronger Danish lagers, the alcohol is too much present, but it is more drinkable than many of the others. (060430)

VERY aged sample Orange-gold, hazy beer; good off-white head. Strawberries - very markedly - strawberry jam, quite sweet and something like mild curry. Nutty taste, hazelnuts, only slightly sweet, Swedish Knäckebröd. Finish is quite woody. Light but not empty. Bit buttery feel in the finish. Very nice for a beer (28 years!) that was never meant to age.

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful golden beer with a handsome, dense head and a fresh, hoppy nose. Lovely malty and well balanced between a slight sweetness and a moderate bitterness. Pleasant Easter beer. 220300
