On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma abbondante color cappuccino, molto persistente. Al naso note di cioccolato, miele di castagno, sciroppo d'acero. In bocca è un po' caotica, dolce con chiusura appena amara, etilica. Corpo pieno, carbonazione media. Interessante, ma va rifinita.

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome. Black color, brown foam. Nose is a tripude if chestnut honey, it feels like a chestnut soap ;) so sweet and intensive. Mouth: not questioning this beer, it’s tasty and adventurous. Carbo is pretty important, not much of that sweet honey aroma, more on the clean side tough. The ingredient (chestnut honey) is predominant and firmly there. I guess if this was brewed by anybody with an hype it would be a celebrity.
