Corked bottle. Dark amber color. Vinous aroma, red fruit, oak, some bourbon and vanilla notes. Pleasant sour flavor, vinous with hints of vinegar, oak, bourbon, apple and vanilla. Complex, dry. Pleasant.

8 3 7 3 16 Bottle shared at THT June ’17. Hazy orange brown with an off white head. Aroma of light brett funk, oak, tart light fruits, green apple and light caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [16/06/2017]

Sampled from bottle at THT June at kwartje. Bit murky amber with thin white head. Sour grain, loads of berries, sourdough, caramel, almond, oak. Moderate sweet and quite sour. Medium body, quite nicely carbonated. A very nice fruity and balanced sour beer. Well done!

Bottle shared at THT. Slight hazy light amber with fizzy light beige head. Apricot, light red berries, sherry, sweet malts, caramel, light funk, hint of yoghurt. Quite fruity and malty with soft funk and sour bacteria. Medium sweet and sour with light bitterness. Over medium bodied with soft bubbly carbonation. Well done.

Sampled at the June THT. Dark caramel pour witha tan head. Notes of wild funk, apple vinegar, brett, lime zest, oak. Medium body, high carbonation and a tart refreshing finish.
