Compared to our DIPA from 2018, we have started from scratch. We have moved east and are serving a fruity flavor bomb with 6 different American hop types.

Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy opaque orangey golden with a roughish, white head. Spicy hop aroma, but also a little medicinal and cheesy. Medium body - surprising considering its strength. Sweet fruitiness, spicy hops with the Sabro in the driver's seat. Hardly any bitterness. Kinda decent. 041225

Bottle From Havnens Vin Og Tobakhus. Porus hazy pale orange with large white head. Aroma is malt, prunes, overripe apples, yoghurt, tangrine, orange, Vegemite, yeast, caramel, and hints of latex. Taste is very sweet, very bitter, light acidic, and light salty. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet and bitter with notes of malt, orange, apples, yoghurt, yeast, and resin.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.
