Draft. Clear gold beer. Light dry palate. Some fruity hop - orange and grapefruit. Flavoursome but not US hoppy. Dry and a little hop spice. Inoffensive.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] I’m surprised I have to enter this into the db, since it was available at GBBF and quite a few RB’ians where present at the festival doing some serious sampling - maybe smarter people than me guessed at the quality? But since I’ve really enjoyed the other Durham beers I’ve sampled I gave this a go too: An orange beer with no head. The aroma is hoppy and flowery, while the flavor is dry with notes of citrus on a sour background. The body is thin.
