Cask at Cambridge Winter Beer Festival, Friday 20th January 2017 in company of FatPhil and Anna Pours chestnut in colour, good clarity with a slight ruby glint. Spicy nose, and spicy in the mouth a touch of cough sweet, it’s ok. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

Cask (gravity filled jug) @ Smithfield Hotel & Bar, Manchester M4, UK. Clear medium brown color with a small, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, roasted, chocolate, light licorice. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.
