Lehké čiré pivo s výraznou, ale příjemnou hořkostí, kterou dodaly dva české novošlechtěné chmely NŠH 5/18 a NŠH 11/18. Jemné aroma ovocných esterů doplňují květinové a bylinné tóny a dělají z pití nového přírůstku do Evolution série snadný a návykový zážitek.

500ml Can - Golden with a haze and a foamy head. Bready, grassy and slightly citrussy aroma. Moderately bitter with some earthy notes and hints of bread and citrus. Not bad but these hops would suit a lager better.

Ta at Sibeeria taproom. Pretty basic classic pale ale, which is exactly what I like. Not much to say here - rather dry, bubbly, bitter, hoppy, fruity. Overall nice, very easy drinking. Very good, even if a bit boring.

Pours pale gold with white head. Crispy, hoppy feel. Bitter finish. Quite refreshing

Tap at Sibeeria Tap Room, with nuplastikk. Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head. Floral, herbal, spicy aroma, bit dull, dry. Lean, resinous, herbal, floral, lightly earthy taste, ending dry and lightly bitter - actually got better as it opened up, warmed. Okay really, though these hops might not be best suited for pale ales of any kind.
