Tap, Sir William's Pub. Hazy orange, smaller and soapy white head, not lasting. Nice dessert nose, mostly spices - gingerbread, nutmeg and cinnamon. Gently sour start, some moderate sweetness, carrot-like. Tart finish and spicy aftertaste. Medium body, a bit thicker but very fresh and superbly drinkable.
