Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, orange, toffee, coriander. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily / creamy, carbonation is soft. (110108)

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of peaches and apples. The flavor sweet with notes of apples and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of madsberg. Pours a hazy golden with an off-white head. Fruity, appleish aroma. Medium body with lightly tart apple notes and a dry finish. If the intention was to make a genuine Hefe then this failed miserably. 270607
