Draught @ Brauhaus Joh. i usually have lunch 1-2 times a week there and I have tried their regular line up. Hazy yellow color with a small off white head. Aroam is grassy with a yeasty touch. Flavours is sweet malty ,straw, citrus and some grassy hopiness. Average.

On tap. Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Fairly sweet malt in the nose. Medium body, sweetish malt but unfortunately again (sigh!) a mouldy edge... Some flowery hops leaving a fairly bitter finish. 180810

Draft in Hamburg. A hazy light yellow beer with a yellowish head - not much brass (messing) about the color?!? The aroma is very light - what is there is of yeast and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, combined with a hay note showing up in the dry finish. A bit boring - but can be used as a thirstquencher.

From tap the Hamburg brewpub. Pours cloudy orange to yellow with a small and creamy white head. Aroma is distinct hoppy, grassy and light citrusy. Citrusy, peachy and mild grassy hops flavoured. Light sweet impression yet bonedry bitter.

Draught @ Brauhaus Joh. Albrecht Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany. Unclear light yellow orange color with a average, frothy / fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, bread, light moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (081207)

Draught. Cloudy golden colour, big creamy head. Very stable head, probably due to the constant stream of bubbles coming from the bottom of the glass. Acidic aroma, bordering on sour. Flavour is fresh and the start is quite bitter. Aftertaste is quinine-like bitter.
