Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Deep orange colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, appley, wood, chestnut, funk hint, with spicy drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

30/5/2025. BIAB at the 38th Colchester Real Ale and Cider Festival. Musty stewed woody developed baked apple. Very dry. Liked it.
