We used lessons learnt in the 'Sunlit Serenity' Golden Tripel to produce this sparkling European blonde beer.
Notes of pear and allspice are more subtle, but still add a beautiful Belgian complexity to a beer style which was created to combat mass-produced light lager.
We think this beer will make a great base beer for further experimentation.
