Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of herbal hops and grain with a dusty cellar note. Sweetish grainy flavour with lots of cellar character.

Bottle @ Home. Pours slightly hazy golden with a very short lived white head. Aroma of malt, sweet fruit. Taste apples, other sweet fruit, malt, sugar. Thin to medium body, low carbonation. To sweet, not good. 010411

Bottle @ Odense Tasting , March, 2011. Pours cloudy copper with a small white head. Dust, cellar, earth and mould. CRAZY nasty. Smells and tastes like it’s 200 years old!

Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse. Clear golden body and a white head. Pale malt, grain and a fruityness in the aroma. The flavor is much the same, but with a little bitterness, especially in the finish. Medium body. A quite nice one, but as most pale bocks, rather boring. Not a beer to be ashamed of though. (080229)

Bottle, 5.3%. Malty, slightly hoppy aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Very small white head. Very malty flavour. Distinct refreshing hoppiness, dusty, malty, grassy and nice. Good mouthfeel. Very nice, flavourful and very drinkable.
