We brewed this beer with our dear friends from Firstep. No messing around, this double IPA is everything you can ask for. We chose Columbus, Simcoe, Strata and 1019 for this big boy, so it’s got a nice old school / new school hop combo that works really well, and produces a whole spectrum of exotic flavours. Bitterness is moderate - nothing extreme, just enough to balance out the rich body that an 8% beer brings to the table. A delicious one, that will soothe both the traditional and modern IPA fans.

Taster from tap at Mel's Diner. BB yellow clear color, small white head. smells earthy, tobacco, bit cheesy, spices. Decent smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes spices, peppery, bit old hoppy, tobacco, light cat pee. finishes lightly bitter and a tad boozy with notes of tobacco, cat pee and earthy notes. Tastes a bit old, decent overall, not too special

Tap at PBF 2025. Hazy golden body, white head. Hugely hoppy aroma, coconut on sweetish maltiness mostly, some herbal and citric touches. Sweetish, lean taste, coconut again, somewhat citric, not much bitterness. It works!

Tap at PBF. Pretty classic NEIPA, less cereal, more bitter, a bit of grassy zesty thing going on. Overall nothing out of the classic line though.

A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, pale malt, hay. Taste of pale malt, hay, fresh grassy and citrusy hops, long bitter finish.

Hier ist das kleine Hopfenkind in den Obsttopf gefallen. So bringt dieses recht schwere Bier im Körper Aromen nach allerlei heimischen 🍓🍎als auch Südfrüchten🍍🍑🍍🥭.
Dabei bleibt es aber schön frisch und balanciert.

Tap at Sir William's Pub. Clear golden, larger white head. Intense tropical fruity nsoe, sweet and overripe, very. Strong bitterness, pretty dry and herbally sharp. Lasting aftertaste. Light body and very sharp, a bit harder to enjoy.
