Bottle. [Vintage 1999] Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, apricot, light sherry, honey nectar ! Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (131207)

(Bottle 75 cl) I reckon Lefebvre puts this "Special" recipe out at different occasions. In my version it’s called "Happy Beerday" (!) and is supposedly a birthday beer. It’s a pretty, golden beer with a tall, frothy head. Wonderfully fresh nose and the freshness continues in the flavours that are malty and slighly spiced - I suspect some coriander. Yeasty notes ending with a dry, short bitterness in the palate. Huge sediment. A nice brew indeed. 110699 As "Cuvée 2000" 7/4/7/3/14=3,5 240901
