Real still cider made just from Kingston Black apples. Copper coloured and softly, slightly sweet on the palate leading to a drier cedarwood flavoured finish.

From a polypin at the Portcullis, Clifton, Bristol 20/04/2011. Amber coloured with slight carbonation. Dry apple fruit aroma with a touch of wood. Full bodied, with some more tart fruit, some honey character and dryish finish. Good.
