Thanks fonefan! Copper colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, some dried fruits and mild wooden tones to it. Flavour is wooden, some mild toasted and herbal tones with a bit grassy elements. Watery dunkel/dark ale.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear deep mahogany colour, mid sized head. Aroma of aniseed and caramel. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Caramel and cocoa powder. Sharp, mildly bitter finish. Basic.

Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, hops, bread, and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish. 6/4/5/3/11

Clear, dark red brown, quickly fading, fizzy beige head. Malty, caramely, yeasty aroma, some roast, a little chocolate. Hoppy bitter flavour, roasted dryness, some caramel and a touch of chocolate in the finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with a reddish hue and a solid, beige head. Roasty, nutty, slightly chocolatey aroma. Medium body, some metallic accents, notes of licorice and chocolate. Dry with a subdued bitterness. Comes out mostly like a Dunkel but is allegedly top fermented. 210325
