Probably my first farmhouse ale from Portugal. Loads of Brett and Lacto, very funky and fairly acidic. Wax cap was quite difficult

Tap ar Intendante Tap room. Hazy yellow orange color with white head. Aroma of apricots, vinous notesy. Taste starts sweet with apricots and other yellow fruit, followed by vinous notes, light astrigent finish.
