On tap at the brewpub. Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen stabilen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr nelkig, hefig. Geschmack phenolisch fruchtig, Nelke, hefig, okay.

Stark karbonisierter, herb hefiger Antrunk. Spritzig, die Hefigkeit sinkt, die anschließend aufkommende Bitterkeit steigt deutlich. Der Hefecharackter geht aber nicht verloren sondern festigt sich zum Ende sogar und bindet das bittere Aroma ein. Gelungen. 11/11/11/11//12

Draught as Köhler’s Brau Weizen @ Brewery tap, Ratsbrauhaus Hann. Münden, Niedersachsen, Germany. Alc. 4.8% Hazy medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy / creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, light banana and gum, light sewer / cellar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (081107)

Draught in the brew pub Muddy body. Creamy white head with a good lace. Aroma of citrus peel. Moderately sweet, lightly bitter flaour. The somewhat watery flavour makes it less attractive.
