We brewed this German inspired ‘March Lager’ often found at the annual Munich festivities in Illinois, in July, so gesundheit to you, too! Expect a rich, bready, deeply malty beer that’s both creamy and crisp, thanks to our fully attenuative yeast strain and an ambitious mash schedule. Enjoy it in September like they do on the Wiesn!

Clear, Deep Copper Amber Color, Medium-Sized Foam Head, Short Retention, Runny Ring Of Lacing Leaves Few Sporadic Spots. Sweet Bready Malt, Hoppy Aroma. Sweet, Bready Malt, Caramel, Light Hops Bitter. Same In Aftertaste: Sweet Bready Malt, Light Hop Bitter. Easy Going. Good. Enjoyed It. Recommended...

Draught @ Hopleaf, Chicago (Oct 2024). Clear reddish brown with a foamy beige head, caramel malt aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste over a spicy foundation, smooth body, long caramel finish. Good marzen.
