Bottle. Pours inky black, small tan head, minimal lacing. Aroma is maple, vanilla, fudge, bourbon. Foldout is quite sweet, light bitter. Full body, silky thick mouthfeel. Good

8 ounce at the brewery - viscous, inky black pour - nose is heavy on maple, earthy wood, espresso - slick mouthfeel, full body - flavor is heavy on dark roast coffee, but only has moderate acidity that does not become sharp or abrasive - deep maple and wood character - dark fruit, cassia bark, chicory - complex and yummy.
