Can - turbid gold - impressive, rocky head (think Orval) - super dry, rustic, with a lot of tangy citrus flavors, mild pepper, mild earthy/dusty yeast - finish gets a little watery, lessening the enjoyment, and a chalkiness develops - starts strong, finishes weak.
