Decent Belgian blond beer. Body of grainy malt and yeast, with some fruits and aroma hop.

Interesting aroma with hints of yeast and fresh peas. Lively in the mouth. Flavour is fresh at first but becomes a bit musty as the beer warms up. Some sweetness retained in the aftertaste.

Bottle: Poured a murky yellow with a fizzy white lacing head. Aroma is very alcohol fruit. Taste is a fruit with soapy characteristics.

Bottle. Clear sparkling medium yellow color with a huge, frothy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, soap, fruity, light to moderate malty, toasted, some spices. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (291007)

Golden beer with faint orange shine; good, bubbly snowwhite head, leaving lace. Coriander, garden herbs, some liqueur and again coriander. Ugh. Coriander flavour. Pale malts, pressing very hard. There’s really nothing, nothing else. Light bodied, light burning, the spices? Below par. This is a shame for Achilles.
