5 ounce at the brewery - clear dark amber, moderate off-white lace - caramelized sugars, dark fruit, tamarind - coupled with light tannins, oak, and mild tartness from the wine barrel makes this an intriguing sipper - moderate to high warming alcohol on the tail end, with lingering caramelized malt richness - dig it.
